CSF p75NTR‐ECD was lower in clinically diagnosed Alzheimer's disease than in late‐life depression or healthy aging in the primary covariate‐adjusted analysis. Exploratory symptom and cognitive associations did not survive diagnostic‐group adjustment and FDR correction.
