Antigenicity of chlorpromazine and clozapine to rabbits [PDF]

open access: yes, 1970
Antigenicity of clozapine was studied in rabbits, comparing with that of chlorpromazine as control. The results indicate that chlorpromazine produces antibody in rabbit as revealed by passive hemagglutination test, giving the titer of 1 : 2, 000 or ...

Precipitin Reactions in Hypersensitivity Pneumonitides.

open access: yesExperimental Biology and Medicine, 1967
SummarySera from patients with farmers' lung, pigeon breeders' disease, bagassosis, and maple bark strippers' disease were examined for the presence of precipitating antibodies against the corresponding antigenic materials. All sera showed reactions with 3 or 4 of the antigens. The one exception was the serum from the patient with maple bark strippers'

Heterologous carriers in the anamnestic antihapten response [PDF]

open access: yes, 1968
Anamnestic antihapten responses were obtained to trinitrophenyl (TNP) when rabbits sensitized to trinitrophenyl-hemocyanin (TNP-KLH) were challenged with TNP-heterologous protein conjugates.

Steroid‐Refractory Cryptogenic Organising Pneumonia (COP) in a Patient With Mannose‐Binding Lectin (MBL) Deficiency

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 2, February 2026.
A 67‐year‐old man with cryptogenic organising pneumonia developed recurrent relapses despite corticosteroid and mycophenolate therapy. A complete absence of mannose‐binding lectin was identified, suggesting impaired apoptotic cell clearance as a contributor to persistent inflammation.

Aspergillus Serology Predicts Relapse in Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis: Implications for Personalised Follow‐Up Strategies

open access: yesMycoses, Volume 69, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Introduction Relapses occur in up to 40% of patients after prolonged courses of antifungal treatment for chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA). The factors predisposing to relapse remain poorly defined. Methods We conducted a retrospective study of adults treated for ≥ 6 months with oral azoles for CPA.
