Precursor T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL/LBL) presents a mediastinal mass in one half of cases. Although the immunophenotypic features of T-ALL/LBL have been analyzed in several studies, few studies have been focused on the relationship between the anatomic distribution of lesions and immunophenotypic findings.

Recent Developments in the Management of T-Cell Precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma [PDF]
T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma are uncommon disorders classified together by the World Health Organization classification as "T-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma." This review gives an overview on the treatment of these aggressive but curable T cell malignancies in adult patients, in order to highlight current ...

Early T-cell precursor (ETP) acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (ALL) is generally considered to be a high-risk subtype. We retrospectively analyzed the clinical outcomes of adult patients diagnosed with ETP-ALL or other T-cell ALL (non-ETP T-ALL).

Early T-cell Precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma
Discrete diagnostic subtypes of T lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, T-ALL) have historically not been widely recognized. Recently, a novel subset with distinctive immunophenotypic, molecular, and clinical features has been proposed.
