Abstract Introduction: Recently, early T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ETP-ALL) was identified as a subtype of T-cell ALL (T-ALL), with distinctive gene expression and cell marker profiles. Some reports revealed that ETP-ALL was associated with a high risk of remission induction failure and relapse.

This report presents a case of precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (ALL) involving the uterine cervix, myometrium, endometrium, and appendix. The patient was a 38-year-old woman with a history of ALL who had been in remission for 4 years following chemotherapy.

We reviewed the immunophenotypic subtypes of pediatric T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma in the Japanese Pediatric Leukemia/Lymphoma Study Group ALB-NHL03 study. Of the 104 patients, 40 patients each had sufficient data to evaluate the immunophenotypes and early T-cell precursor (ETP) subtype.
