Aspirin Use Does Not Significantly Reduce the Risk of Liver Fibrosis in Patients With Metabolic Dysfunction‐Associated Steatotic Liver Disease

Our study did not find that aspirin significantly reduces the risk of liver fibrosis in patients with MASLD. Therefore, the long‐term use of aspirin solely for the prevention of liver fibrosis progression cannot be recommended in patients without high cardiovascular or cerebrovascular risk.
