Strongly coupled partitioned six degree-of-freedom rigid body motion solver with Aitken's dynamic under-relaxation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, 2016
An implicit method of solving the six degree-of-freedom rigid body motion equations based on the second order Adams-Bashforth-Moulten method was utilised as an improvement over the leapfrog scheme by making modifications to the rigid body motion solver ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Rapid and Near-Analytical Planning Method for Entry Trajectory under Time and Full-State Constraints

open access: yesAerospace
A rapid trajectory-planning method based on an analytical predictor–corrector design of drag acceleration profile and a bank-reversal logic based on double-stage adaptive adjustment is proposed to solve the entry issue under time and full-state ...

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Numerical investigation to the full URE equations via predictor-corrector scheme

open access: yesJournal of Low Frequency Noise, Vibration and Active Control
We produce the modified Rusanov (mR) method for the full ultra-relativistic Euler (URE) model. This system describes the flow of an ideal fluid of pressure p , spatial part u ∈ R 3 of the dimensionless four-velocity and particle density n . The nonlinear

On Solving Hyperbolic Trajectory Using New Predictor-Corrector Quadrature Algorithms

open access: yesمجلة بغداد للعلوم, 2014
In this Paper, we proposed two new predictor corrector methods for solving Kepler's equation in hyperbolic case using quadrature formula which plays an important and significant rule in the evaluation of the integrals.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Ahmed Jabbar Hussein The Finite Element Method for Nonlinear Huxely Equation

open access: yesمجلة علوم ذي قار, 2019
In this paper , we present a finite element method (F.E.M.) for solving the non-linear  huxely equation by using Crank-Nicolson scheme with the predictor - corrector method.

Three-step iterations for mixed quasi variational-like inequalities

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2005
In this paper, we use the auxiliary principle technique in conjunction with the Bregman function to suggest and analyze a three-step predictor-corrector method for solving mixed quasi variational-like inequalities. We also study the convergence criteria

Improved predictor-corrector method for solving fuzzy differential equations under generalized differentiability

open access: yes, 2012
In this paper, an improved predictor-corrector methods (IPC) to solve fuzzy differential equation under generalized differentiability are discussed. The methods proposed here are based on generalized characterization theorem.
