Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is an important complication of systemic sclerosis (SSc), with high mortality and morbidity. Recent clinical studies in SSc‐ILD have led to US Food and Drug Administration–approved therapies in SSc‐ILD. Importantly, evidence from these studies has been extrapolated to guide management of ILDs of other systemic autoimmune Nina Goldman, Voon Ong, Christopher P. Cardiovascular events are major determinants of morbidity and mortality in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), particularly in patients with renal involvement. Although oxidative stress has been implicated in driving vascular and renal damage in SLE, the specific mechanisms remain unclear.Matteo Becatti, Giacomo Emmi, Alessandra Bettiol, Amanda Mannucci, Flavia Rita Argento, Eleonora Fini, Serena Borghi, Francesca Nencini, Maria Nicastro, Irene Mattioli, Elena Silvestri, Augusto Vaglio, Domenico Prisco, Claudia Fiorillo +13 morewiley +1 more sourceComparative Efficacy and Safety of Anakinra and Canakinumab in Patients With VEXAS Syndrome: An International Multicenter Study
