Hearing characteristics and otoradiological abnormalities in three patients with novel pathogenic variants of KMT2D‐related Kabuki syndrome

All three patients failed the newborn hearing test, and audiological follow‐up demonstrated mild to profound fluctuating hearing loss, which was directly impacted by otitis media with effusion incidence and severity (OME). OME increased AC‐ABR thresholds from 30–75 to 45–90 dBnHL.
