Probing the Energy Landscape of α‐Synuclein Amyloid Fibril Formation by Systematic K‐to‐Q Mutagenesis

We use lysine‐to‐glutamine mutations to study the effect of electrostatics on the kinetics and thermodynamics of alpha‐synuclein amyloid fibril formation.
