A self‐adaptive gradient SCMN buffer layer is designed based on a conduction‐nucleation competition mechanism. The design dynamically optimizes ion/electron conduction and lithiophilicity, guiding dendrite‐free lithium deposition. Consequently, symmetric cells deliver exceeding 1600h at 1.5 mA cm−2, and the LiCoO2‐based full cells exhibit 98.5 ...

ROUGH FUZZY (FUZZY ROUGH) STRONG h-IDEALS OF HEMIRINGS
By means of Dubois and Prade\u27s idea, we apply rough fuzzy sets and fuzzy rough sets to algebraic structures. The concepts of rough fuzzy strong h-ideals (rough fuzzy prime ideals) and fuzzy rough strong h-ideals (fuzzy rough prime ideals) of ...

In dynamic driving scenarios, the proposed approach ensures only temporally aligned sensor inputs to make driving decisions, preventing false activations. By enabling selective hardware‐level learning, it achieves fast, reliable responses under noisy conditions.

Stochastic‐MTJ Sampler Arrays for In‐Array Monte–Carlo Estimation
A low‐energy‐barrier magnetic tunnel junction array is operated as a probability‐domain sampler: each cell's random switching, programmed through a shared digital‐to‐analog converter, makes the per‐column multiply–accumulate an unbiased Monte–Carlo expectation estimator that returns both a mean and a calibrated uncertainty.

On Fuzzy Weakly Completely Prime Ideal in Γ -Semigroups
In this paper the notion of fuzzy weakly completely prime ideal in Γ -semigroups has been introduced. Finally, the concept of operator semigroups of a -semigroup has been employed to study the relationship between their respective fuzzy weakly ...

The amorphous tungsten (W) is found to be a promising non‐magnetic interlayer simultaneously driving the long‐range interlayer exchange coupling and the large spin Hall effect in a synthetic antiferromagnet (SyAF). Thanks to these characteristics, efficient spin‐orbit torque switching is achieved in the SyAF.

Impact of Rapid Thermal Annealing on the Structural and Piezoelectric Properties of AlN Thin Films
Aluminum nitride (AlN) is a biocompatible piezoelectric material suitable for energy harvesting in MEMS resonators. Through rapid thermal annealing, a threshold for CMOS‐compatible processes is established. AlN improved its crystallinity and enhanced the piezoelectric coefficient by ∼160%. Devices show an improvement in the electromechanical properties

Advancing Energy Materials by In Situ Atomic Scale Methods
Progress in in situ atomic scale methods leads to an improved understanding of new and advanced energy materials, where a local understanding of complex, inhomogeneous systems or interfaces down to the atomic scale and quantum level is required. Topics from photovoltaics, dissipation losses, phase transitions, and chemical energy conversion are ...
