Commutativity of Prime Rings with Symmetric Biderivations

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae - General Algebra and Applications, 2018
The present paper shows some results on the commutativity of R: Let R be a prime ring and for any nonzero ideal I of R, if R admits a biderivation B such that it satisfies any one of the following properties (i) B([x, y], z) = [x, y], (ii) B([x, y], m) +

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

A theorem for prime rings [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1979
Let n be a positive integer and let R be a prime ring either of characteristic zero or of characteristic ⩾ n \geqslant n . Then for any a 1 , a 2 , … , a

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

A Note on the Trace of Generalized Permuting Tri-Derivations

open access: yesCumhuriyet Science Journal
Many researchers have studied permuting tri-derivation and generalized derivation in prime or semi-prime rings, BCK-algebras, lattices, d-algebras, MV-algebras and many algebraic structures. Later, they introduced the concept of generalized permuting tri-

A description of linear mappings in semiprime rings with involution [PDF]

open access: yesBIO Web of Conferences
The main purpose of this paper is to descriptive the action of the linear mappings in semi-prime rings and prime ring with involution. More precisely, we establish some results for centralizer mappings (resp.

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Fully idempotent near-rings and sheaf representations

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1998
Fully idempotent near-rings are defined and characterized which yields information on the lattice of ideals of fully idempotent rings and near-rings.

On Prime and Semiprime Rings with Symmetric Generalized Biderivations

open access: yesAl-Mustansiriyah Journal of Science, 2017
The propose of this paper is to present some results concerning the symmetric generalized Biderivations when their traces satisfies some certain conditions on an ideal of prime and semiprime rings.

Targeting TNBC: core–shell polycationic polyurea dendrimers with inherent anticancer activity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Core–shell polycationic PURE dendrimers were tested in TNBC‐derived tumor models. Both formulations selectively targeted TNBC and effectively reduced tumor volume. PUREG4‐OEI48 suppressed tumor growth without detectable toxicity, whereas PUREG4‐OCEI24, despite showing efficacy, induced hepatic toxicity.
