Schematic illustration of a sustainable nanofabrication process: chitosan derived from natural sources is used as a biodegradable thin film resist, patterned via Constant Pulse‐Assisted Force Lithography (CP‐AFL) to create tunable nanogrooves. These grooves template gold nanowire formation, enabling high‐resolution nanopatterning under ambient ...

Assessing transcriptomic heterogeneity of single-cell RNASeq data by bulk-level gene expression data
Background Single-cell RNA sequencing (sc-RNASeq) data illuminate transcriptomic heterogeneity but also possess a high level of noise, abundant missing entries and sometimes inadequate or no cell type annotations at all.

A fully organic UV threshold dosimeter is developed by exploiting the oxygen‐sensitive room‐temperature phosphorescence of a purely organic emitter in a polymer matrix. Upon reaching a specific cumulative UV dose, photochemical oxygen depletion triggers a sharp, high‐contrast emission.

Multimodal Haptic Perception Through Synergistic Nanocomposite Sensor Arrays
Multi‐modal fingertip haptics are advanced through a bioinspired &vertical‐via' electronic skin architecture. A confined PDMS/MWCNT/NiNP nanocomposite, sitting at the percolation threshold, enables tactile, thermal, and magnetic sensing. A unique via‐density gradient and dedicated &Un‐Touch' reference nodes provide robust spatial resolution and signal ...

Eliminating Variable Order Instability in Greedy Score-Based Structure Learning
Many Bayesian Network structure learning algorithms are unstable in that the learnt graph is sensitive to arbitrary artefacts of the dataset, such as the ordering of columns (i.e., variable order).

Constrained Information Exchange Message Passing Algorithm in Probabilistic Graphical Models
Probabilistic graphical models combine probability and graph theory into a powerful multivariate statistical modeling approach. While there is an extraordinary range of types of graphical models in the broader literature, we focus on Hidden Markov Model (
