Analytic Implementations of the Cardinalized Probability Hypothesis Density Filter

IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, 2007
The probability hypothesis density (PHD) recursion propagates the posterior intensity of the random finite set (RFS) of targets in time. The cardinalized PHD (CPHD) recursion is a generalization of the PHD recursion, which jointly propagates the posterior intensity and the posterior cardinality distribution.

Multiple model spline probability hypothesis density filter

IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, 2016
The probability hypothesis density (PHD) filter is an efficient algorithm for multitarget tracking in the presence of nonlinearities and/or non-Gaussian noise. The sequential Monte Carlo (SMC) and Gaussian mixture (GM) techniques are commonly used to implement the PHD filter.
