Best Lag Window for Spectrum Estimation of Law Order MA Process

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2020
In this article, we investigate spectrum estimation of law order moving average (MA) process. The main tool is the lag window which is one of the important components of the consistent form to estimate spectral density function (SDF). We show, based on a

Electrochromic Windows: Advanced Processing Technology [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
This project addresses the development of advanced fabrication capabilities for energy saving electrochromic (EC) windows. SAGE EC windows consist of an inorganic stack of thin films deposited onto a glass substrate. The window tint can be reversibly changed by the application of a low power dc voltage.

Identification of serum protein biomarkers for pre‐cancerous lesions associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

Inverse Lithography Technology (ILT) Under Chip Manufacture Context

open access: yesMicromachines
As semiconductor process nodes shrink to 3 nm and beyond, traditional optical proximity correction (OPC) and resolution enhancement technologies (RETs) can no longer meet the high patterning precision needs of advanced chip manufacturing due to the sub ...

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Tail Estimation for Window-Censored Processes [PDF]

open access: yesTechnometrics, 2016
This article develops methods to estimate the tail and full distribution of the lengths of the 0-intervals in a continuous time stationary ergodic stochastic process that takes the values 0 and 1 in alternating intervals. The setting is that each of many such 0–1 processes has been observed during a short time window.

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

A Novel Monitoring Strategy Combining the Advantages of NPE and GMM

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Semiconductor manufacturing process data usually have multimodel and multiphase characteristics which do not meet the application assumptions in neighborhood preserving embedding (NPE).

Low temperature atomic layer deposition of cobalt using dicobalt hexacarbonyl-1-heptyne as precursor

open access: yesBeilstein Journal of Nanotechnology, 2023
In this work, we present the development of an atomic layer deposition (ALD) process for metallic cobalt. The process operates at low temperatures using dicobalt hexacarbonyl-1-heptyne [Co2(CO)6HC≡CC5H11] and hydrogen plasma.
