The Process of Prescribing "Due Process" [PDF]
RECENTLY we were told that the dueness of government procedure is not tested by "doctrinaire conception" or "loose generalities or sentiments abstractly appealing." Instead, "Whether the scheme satisfies those strivings for justice which due process guarantees, must be judged in the light of reason drawn from the considerations of fairness that reflect

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Synthesis, processability and photoluminescence of pyrene-containing polyimides
Summary: Four different contents of pyrene group were introduced in polyimide (PI) backbone via one step polycondensation procedure. The chemical structure, thermal property, process ability, and photophysical performance of polymers were characterized ...

We introduce a geometric process algebra based on affine geometry, with the aim of describing the concurrent evolution of geometric structures in 3D space. We prove a relativity theorem stating that algebraic equations are invariant under rigid body transformations.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

The Rheology and Processability of Tire Compounds
The purpose of the work reported here was to define the parameters, which affect the rheology of tire compounds as well as their processability. Rheology was characterized over a wide range of shear rates.
