Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Catnap: A Backoff Scheme for Kernel Spinlocks in Many-Core Systems
As the number of cores equipped in a system grows, the impact of the spinlock waiting inside the operating system (OS) kernel on the performance and energy efficiency of a system worsens.

Drosophila park mutants serve as a model for Parkinson's disease. We used this strain to investigate the connection between oxidative stress and the circadian clock mechanism. We showed that increased oxidative stress affects the physiology of pacemaker cells, disrupting their daily structural plasticity. Lack of rhythmic signaling from pacemaker cells

Evaluation of Effects and Effectiveness of Various α and β Angulations for Three Different Loop Made of Stainless Steel Arch Wires – A FEM Study [PDF]
Introduction: Evaluations on retraction loop designs have been limited to describe the force systems applied to the buccal surfaces of the tooth that can be in different planes resulting undesirable effects, needing corrective action in future.

Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.
