YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

A note on quantum subgroups of free quantum groups
In this short note, quantum subgroups in finite free products of the Pontryagin duals of free unitary quantum groups are classified. They correspond to pairs of a subgroup $\Gamma $ and a subset $S$ of the free group $\mathbb{F}_n$ such that $S$ is ...

Fixed subgroups of endomorphisms of free products
Let $G=\ast_{i=1}^{n}G_{i}$ and let $ $ be a symmetric endomorphism of $G$. If $ $ is a monomorphism or if $G$ is a finitely generated residually finite group, then the fixed subgroup $Fix( )=\{g\in G: (g)=g\}$ of $ $ has Kurosh rank at most $n$.

Two generator subgroups of free products with commuting subgroups
2-generator subgroups of products with commuting subgroups are studied. The concept of a free product with commuting subgroups is a natural intermediate construction between a free product (the commuting subgroups are trivial) and a direct product (the commuting subgroups equal the factors), just like a graph group lives between a free and a free ...

Discovery and Targeted Proteomic Studies Reveal Striatal Markers Validated for Huntington's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Clinical trials for Huntington's disease (HD) enrolling persons before clinical motor diagnosis (CMD) lack validated biomarkers. This study aimed to conduct an unbiased discovery analysis and a targeted examination of proteomic biomarkers scrutinized by clinical validation. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid was obtained from PREDICT‐HD and

Qualitative risk assessment from gluten in dairy products for population with celiac disease
People with celiac disease represent susceptible population that can be cured only by “gluten-free” diet, while dairy products have been recognized as exceptionally recommended.

Glymphatic Dysfunction Reflects Post‐Concussion Symptoms: Changes Within 1 Month and After 3 Months
ABSTRACT Objective Mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) may alter glymphatic function; however, its progression and variability remain obscure. This study examined glymphatic function following mTBI within 1 month and after 3 months post‐injury to determine whether variations in glymphatic function are associated with post‐traumatic symptom severity ...

ABSTRACT Objective Accurate localization of epileptogenic tubers (ETs) in patients with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is essential but challenging, as these tubers lack distinct pathological or genetic markers to differentiate them from other cortical tubers.

ABSTRACT Objective Status epilepticus (SE) is associated with significant mortality. Sleep architecture may reflect normal brain function. Impaired sleep architecture is associated with poorer outcomes in numerous conditions. Here we investigate the association of sleep architecture in continuous EEG (cEEG) with survival in SE.
