A Programmable Nanovaccine Platform Based on M13 Bacteriophage for Personalized Cancer Vaccine and Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A reprogrammed (RP) phage‐based nanovaccine platform has been developed that allows single‐step assembly with precise control over adjuvanticity, antigen density, and nanoparticle size. By enhancing TLR9 activation and neoantigen display, this platform enables a potent personalized vaccine targeting tumor‐specific neoantigens. When combined with immune

Unlocking the Essence of Lignin: High‐Performance Adhesives That Bond via Thiol‐Catechol Connectivities and Debond on Electrochemical Command

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A novel lignin‐inspired adhesive is presented, that combines the bonding strength of a structural adhesive with on‐demand electrochemical debonding, enabled by biomimetic thiol‐catechol connectivities. Voltage application of only 9 V facilitates electrochemical oxidation of catechols to quinones leading to guided detachment on command.

Unveiling the Electrolyte and Solid Electrolyte Interphase in Sodium Ion Batteries: Mechanisms, Progress, and Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review summarizes the recent advances in sodium‐ion battery electrolytes (including organic, aqueous, gel, ionic liquid, and solid‐state types) and their influence on the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI). It discusses SEI formation, aging, and optimization, as well as cases where no SEI forms, providing insights into the critical relationship ...
