Using ciPLV, an EEG connectivity metric less affected by volume conduction, we found that schizophrenia patients exhibit distinct long‐range functional connectivity abnormalities in theta and beta/gamma bands—suggesting new potential biomarkers for chronic schizophrenia.

A Detailed Evaluation of Promazine Metabolism.
SummaryThin-layer and paper chroma-tography have been used to study the metabolism of promazine following its oral administration to man and animals. Humans excrete about 33% of the drug in urine, in the form of 26-30 derivatives. These compounds are distributed between nonphenolic (14%) and phenolic (19%) fractions in the ratio of 1 to 1.4.

Metabolism and excretion of promazine by the horse
AbstractThe urinary excretion of promazine and its metabolites has been examined in five horses, by ultraviolet spectrometry and thin-layer chromatography. In each horse, excretion continued for at least 96 h although the amount excreted was low, being about 11% of the dose. No correlation of excretion and pH or urinary volume was observed.
