Protic N‐Heterocyclic Carbene Ligands in Ruthenium‐Catalyzed Transfer Hydrogenation

open access: yesHelvetica Chimica Acta, EarlyView.
The activity of ruthenium transfer hydrogenation catalysts is strongly influenced by the number of protic units in the N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand. Doubly protic NH, NH ligands induce slower activity than mono‐protic NH, NMe ligands, while NMe, NMe ligands display the highest activity, suggesting metal‐ligand cooperativity is not beneficial for these

Chloride–bromide co‐engineering enables operationally stable quasi‐2D tin perovskite solar cells under ambient conditions

open access: yesInfoScience, EarlyView.
Mixed halide perovskite systems consisting of iodide and bromide ions often suffer phase segregation. The segregation introduces instability, which can manifest in faster degradation of devices under operation. Here, we introduced a controlled amount of chloride ions into tin perovskite (TP) film containing iodide and bromide ions; the chloride ions ...

Kinetic regulation of blended electrolytes enables long‐term state retention in organic artificial synapses

open access: yesInfoMat, EarlyView.
Organic electrochemical transistor‐based artificial synapses are promising for neuromorphic computing, yet their performance is limited by poor state retention. Here, a kinetic regulation strategy is demonstrated using a blended poly(ionic liquid)/ionic liquid electrolyte.

Enhanced peripheral blood mononuclear cell lipid metabolism drives poor immunotherapy response via ferroptotic stress‐induced T cell exhaustion in hepatocellular carcinoma

open access: yesInterdisciplinary Medicine, EarlyView.
Integrated multi‐omics reveals that CD36‐mediated lipid overload in PBMCs drives T cell exhaustion via sub‐lethal ferroptotic stress and AKT suppression. This systemic metabolic signature serves as a robust predictor of immunotherapy response in HCC, suggesting that modulating lipid metabolism can rescue immune fitness.

Exploratory Analysis of Ancestry‐Informed Polygenic Risk Scores in Korean Patients With Mature B‐Cell Neoplasms

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.
In 246 Korean patients with mature B‐cell neoplasms, ancestry‐informed PRS analysis using the 1000 Genomes East Asian population as an external reference showed only a modest overall case–reference difference. In contrast, phenotype‐matched PRS revealed the clearest and most consistent polygenic association in multiple myeloma, highlighting the ...
