Prostaglandin F2α for induction of labor
American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1972Abstract In 100 uncomplicated pregnancies in multiparas between 36 and 43 weeks of gestation labor was induced electively with oxytocin and prostaglandin F 2 α in a double blind study. All patients were examined prior to induction, and a pelvic score for "inducibility" was determined.
