Sustainable Antifungal Potential of the Essential Oil of Litsea cubeba: Multifaceted Mechanisms Targeting Fusarium verticillioides

The essential oil of Litsea cubeba, extracted from its fruits, demonstrates significant antifungal activity against Fusarium verticillioides, with an EC50 value of 0.122 μL/mL, comparable to the synthetic fungicide methyl thiophanate (EC50: 0.108 μL/mL).
