IL‐15‐engineered stem cell–NK cell complexes, assembled via bioorthogonal chemistry, enable effective lung cancer immunotherapy. Decoding Human Placental Cellular and Molecular Responses to Obesity and Fetal Growth

Women with obesity often deliver large‐for‐gestational‐age (LGA) infants. Single‐nucleus RNA sequencing of term placenta reveals that hypoxia and TNF‐α signaling in syncytiotrophoblasts are featured in maternal obesity, but inflammatory signatures in Hofbauer cells and response to lipid or carbohydrate metabolism in fibroblasts are specific to LGA.

Lactylation‐Driven YTHDC1 Alleviates MASLD by Suppressing PTPN22‐Mediated Dephosphorylation of NLRP3

In MASLD, YTHDC1 undergoes increased lactylation and ubiquitination, reducing its expression. AARS1 mediates lactylation at lysine 565, while disrupted binding to LDHA further promotes lactylation, suppressing YTHDC1. A Mussel‐Inspired Bioadhesive Patch to Selectively Kill Glioblastoma Cells

An innovative mussel‐inspired bioadhesive patch has been developed for post‐surgical glioblastoma treatment. The patch, which adheres strongly in biological environments, releases a localized treatment. This treatment, acting via reactive oxygen species, shows specific toxicity to glioblastoma cells.

Foundation Model‐Enabled Multimodal Deep Learning for Prognostic Prediction in Colorectal Cancer with Incomplete Modalities: A Multi‐Institutional Retrospective Study

FLARE, a multimodal AI framework, combines pathology slides, radiology scans, and clinical reports to predict colorectal cancer outcomes, even when some tests are missing. Evaluated retrospectively in 1679 patients from four medical centers, it consistently achieved the best prognostic accuracy and clearly separated high‐ and low‐risk groups.
