ZNHIT3 Regulates Translation to Ensure Cell Lineage Differentiation in Mouse Preimplantation Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Box C/D snoRNP complex regulates protein translation. This study identifies ZNHIT3 as a key component of the complex and ensures normal protein expression, including transcription factors orchestrating cell fate commitment, during early mouse embryogenesis.

Pupylation‐Based Proximity Labeling Unravels a Comprehensive Protein and Phosphoprotein Interactome of the Arabidopsis TOR Complex

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The target of rapamycin (TOR) complex is a central plant growth regulator. Here, the protein–protein interactions underlying its various functions are mapped by pupylation‐based proximity‐labeling in Arabidopsis, using TOR complex subunits LST8‐1 and RAPTOR1, alongside TOR inhibitor FK506‐binding protein, as baits.

CXCL13 Damages Blood Spinal Cord Barrier by Promoting RNF6/Sqstm1‐Ubiquitination Induced Autophagy in Experimental Allergic Encephalomyelitis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In multiple sclerosis, the disruption of the blood‐spinal cord barrier (BSCB) induced by CXCL13 facilitates the infiltration of inflammatory cells into the central nervous system, resulting in demyelination and neuronal injury. Mechanistically, the deleterious impact of CXCL13 on the BSCB is associated with a reduction in tight junction protein ...
