Lipid Droplets Metabolism Mediated by ANXA7‐PPARγ Signaling Axis Regulates Spinal Cord Injury Repair in Mice

This work proposes a new mechanism for the regulation of LDs metabolism by ANXA7/PPARγ. ANXA7 can interact with PPARγ to promote its stability. ANXA7 activation promotes PPARγ nuclear translocation, thus promoting LDs formation and interaction with mitochondria by promoting PLIN5 expression.

Hypothalamus Regulates Anabolic Metabolism of Articular Cartilage Superficial Chondrocytes through PGE2 Skeletal Interoception

Hypothalamus sympathetic norepinephrine inhibits regeneration of articular cartilage.
