Hydrogel‐Based Capacitive Sensor Model for Ammonium Monitoring in Aquaculture
Traditional techniques for monitoring aquaculture water quality, particularly ammonium levels, harm fish. This work presents a novel capacitive sensor with an ionic hydrogel transducer to monitor ammonium concentration in real time based on the ammonium‐induced hydrogel dissociation and osmotic pressure. Monitoring aquaculture water quality, especially

Treatment outcomes of passive scattering proton beam therapy for stage I non-small cell lung cancer
Introduction To investigate the treatment outcomes of passive scattering proton beam therapy using stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) or hypofractionated radiation therapy (RT) for inoperable patients or those who refused surgery for stage I non ...

Near-Threshold eta Meson Production in Proton-Proton Collisions
The production of eta mesons has been measured in the proton-proton interaction close to the reaction threshold using the COSY-11 internal facility at the cooler synchrotron COSY.

On the scattering of protons by protons [PDF]
The features of the scattering of protons by protons are calculated using the Møller-Rosenfeld version of the meson theory of nuclear forces. A comparison with the experimental material suggests that the neutron-proton interaction is slightly stronger than that between two protons.

Phenomenological analysis connecting proton-proton and antiproton-proton elastic scattering
Based on the behavior of the elastic scattering data, we introduce an almost model-independent parametrization for the imaginary part of the scattering amplitude, with the energy and momentum transfer dependences inferred on empirical basis and selected ...

Low‐Activation Compositionally Complex Alloys for Advanced Nuclear Applications—A Review
Low‐activation compositionally complex alloys (LACCAs) are advanced metallic materials primarily composed of low‐activation elements, offering advantages such as rapid compliance with operational standards and safe recyclability. This review highlights their potential for extreme high‐temperature irradiation environments as structural materials for ...

Dilepton Production in Nucleon-Nucleon Reactions With and Without Hadronic Inelasticities
We calculate elementary proton-proton and neutron-proton bremsstrahlung and their contribution to the $e^+e^-$ invariant mass distribution. At 4.9 GeV, the proton-proton contribution is larger than neutron-proton, but it is small compared to recent data.
