Effect of Photoinitiation Process on Photo‐Crosslinking of Gelatin Methacryloyl Hydrogel Networks
A systematic comparison of three widely used photoinitiator systems, Eosin Y, LAP, and Ruthenium/SPS, reveals how their distinct radical‐generation mechanisms influence the stiffness, degradation, swelling, and cytocompatibility of GelMA hydrogels. This study uncovers initiator‐specific thresholds and network features critical for optimizing visible ...

This study evaluates the nephroprotective potential of Fraxinus hookeri Wenz. (F. hookeri), a medicinal plant of the Oleaceae family, against CCl4‐induced oxidative stress. The findings demonstrate its ability to restore antioxidant defenses, renal function markers, and DNA integrity while reducing lipid peroxidation and histopathological damage.

ABSTRACT Background and Objectives The relative contribution of vancomycin exposure versus clinical factors to acute kidney injury (AKI) development in pediatric patients remains unclear. This study examined risk factors for AKI in pediatric patients receiving intravenous vancomycin therapy, with particular focus on elucidating the role of vancomycin ...

Interparticle Crosslinked Ion‐Responsive Microgels for 3D and 4D (Bio)Printing Applications
A novel strategy is developed that enables interparticle crosslinking of microgels, eliminating the need for filler hydrogels and preserving essential microscale void spaces to support cell migration and vascularization. These microgels possesses unique, ion‐responsive shrinking behavior primarily by the Hofmeister effect, reversible upon the removal ...

Proteomic analysis of AQP11-null kidney: Proximal tubular type polycystic kidney disease
Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) is caused by the mutation of polycystins (PC-1 or PC-2), in which cysts start from the collecting duct to extend to all nephron segments with eventual end stage renal failure.

aCD47‐C‐miR34a, an antibody‐oligonucleotide platform combining an anti‐CD47 antibody with miR‐34a, is designed for targeted therapy in TNBC. This approach improved delivery and restored the tumor‐suppressing function of miR‐34a, enhanced CD8+ T‐cell activation, and inhibited tumor growth, providing a potential strategy to overcome immune evasion and ...
