Pollen germination in apricot cultivars (Prunus armeniaca L.)

In 23 apricot cultivars pollen germination in vitro using the method of germination on the medium with agar and sucrose solution of three different concentrations (10, 15 and 20%) were studied. Studies were done during two-year period (2005-2006). Pollen germination of studied cultivars ranged from 21.2 to 79.5%.
