Características perceptuais e de carga de treinamento de jovens atletas de Futebol

Objetivo: analisar e descrever as cargas de treinamento de jovens atletas de futebol. Metodologia: foram avaliados 11 participantes com média de idade de 15,9 (± 0,56) anos, 63,41 kg (± 6,19), 175,82 cm (±5,46) e 11,87 % (± 2,64) de gordura.
