Sol–gel synthesis of ZnO@SiC heterojunctions from photovoltaic waste for enhanced paracetamol photodegradation

open access: yesEnvironmental Progress &Sustainable Energy, EarlyView.
Abstract Exponential growth in photovoltaic energy production has created a critical environmental challenge: managing silicon carbide (SiC) waste from wafer cutting processes. This study addresses this challenge by transforming photovoltaic waste into high‐value photocatalytic materials.

SPE–HPLC–UV determination of NSAIDs in freshwater: Analytical optimization and environmental risk assessment in northwestern Tunisia

open access: yesEnvironmental Progress &Sustainable Energy, EarlyView.
Abstract Non‐steroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are among the most frequently detected emerging contaminants in aquatic environments. Their occurrence and environmental fate are governed by complex interactions involving physicochemical and environmental factors. This study aimed to develop, validate, and apply a reliable HPLC–UV method for the

Triple Porosity Model and Its Application for Coal Seam Gas Injection Displacement of CH4

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
(1)Compared with injecting CO2, injecting N2 has a shorter penetration time, but the CH4 flow rate takes longer to stabilize, meaning the displacement process lasts longer. (2)The flow rate of CH4 rapidly decreases and gradually approaches 0; the flow rates of N2 and CO2 are 0 before breakthrough, then increase rapidly and eventually stabilize.

Pyridine‐dicarbonitriles acceptor engineering in multi‐resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescence with hybridized short‐ and long‐range charge transfer for high‐performance electroluminescence

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
Pyridine‐dicarbonitrile units integrated into a multiple‐resonance core engineer the excited state through cooperative short‐range charge transfer (SRCT) and long‐range charge transfer (LRCT), thereby enhancing the spin‐flipping process. Abstract Multi‐resonance (MR) thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials exhibit narrowband emission ...
