Neste trabalho foi descrita a histopatologia da parede intestinal de Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum parasitado por endohelmintos. Dezenove peixes capturados no Rio Aquidauana, MS, em outubro de 2005, foram necropsiados, e o trato intestinal fixado em solução AFA por 12 h.
