Dietary Probiotics Improve Growth, Immunity and Disease Resistance in Fish Against Aeromonas hydrophila Infection

Probiotics offer a promising alternative to antibiotics for managing Aeromonas hydrophila infections in aquaculture. Dietary supplementation of probiotics increases fish health, growth performance, and immune responses, while reducing antibiotic reliance in fish farming.
