Establishment of an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line (JNMUi002-A) from a male patient with schizophrenia

We obtained Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a peripheral blood sample of a 19-year-old male schizophrenia patient and successfully established induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line using non-integrated reprogramming technology.

Recurrent Hypothermia and Autonomic Dysfunction Secondary to Shapiro Syndrome

ABSTRACT A 44‐year‐old man presented with recurrent hypothermia, diaphoresis and hypertension. Extensive investigation for infectious, inflammatory, metabolic and endocrine aetiologies was negative. MR scan of the brain demonstrated no lesions but revealed callosal dysgenesis, consistent with Shapiro syndrome.
