Adult‐Onset Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis Presenting With Subacute Cognitive Deficits

ABSTRACT We describe the case of a 41‐year‐old man diagnosed with adult‐onset subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE). The patient presented with subacute progressive cognitive deficits and a neuropsychological profile indicating predominant frontoparietal dysfunction. MRI showed only mild parietal‐predominant cerebral atrophy.

Current prevention methods, such as physical barriers, have many limitations, resulting in inconsistent safety and efficacy. Respiratory Signal Processing and Analysis Using Flexible Capacitive Sensor Data

Capacitive pressure sensors based on poly(glycerol sebacate) (PGS) substrates are developed for continuous, non‐invasive respiratory monitoring. Integrated with a signal processing algorithm, they enable accurate tracking of thoracic expansion and retraction.
