A review on age‐related cancer risks in PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome
This review summarizes the evidence on age‐related cancer risks for PHTS patients. Females have predominantly a strong increased risk and earlier age at onset for breast, endometrial, and thyroid cancer, and males for thyroid cancer. The risks of other PHTS‐associated cancers are uncertain.

PTEN is a lipid and protein phosphatase that regulates a diverse range of cellular mechanisms. PTEN is mainly present in the cytosol and transiently associates with the plasma membrane to dephosphorylate PI(3,4,5)P3, thereby antagonizing the PI3-Kinase ...

Brain patterning perturbations following PTEN loss
This review will consider the impact of compromised PTEN signaling in brain patterning. We approach understanding the contribution of PTEN to nervous system development by surveying the findings from the numerous genetic loss-of-function models that have

Global gene expression analysis of pigeonpea with male sterility conditioned by A2 cytoplasm
Abstract Cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS), a maternally inherited trait, provides a promising means to harness yield gains associated with hybrid vigor. In pigeonpea [Cajanus cajan (L.) Huth], nine types of sterility‐inducing cytoplasm have been reported, of which A2 and A4 have been successfully deployed in hybrid breeding.

Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a primary liver malignancy with a high global prevalence and a dismal prognosis. Studies are urgently needed to examine the molecular pathogenesis and biological characteristics of HCC. Chromatin remodelling, an integral component of the DNA damage response, protects against DNA damage‐induced genome ...
