A Structural Model of Mortgage Offset Accounts in the Australian Housing Market*

I study a novel institutional feature of Australian housing markets: the widespread use of mortgage offset accounts. These accounts reduce mortgage interest costs and increase mortgage liquidity. I build a heterogeneous agent life‐cycle model of the Australian housing market to study who uses and benefits from these mortgage products.

Diagnostic yield of OCT3/4 reflex testing in testicular biopsy

GCNIS detection frequency was 48/3353 (1.4%) testicular biopsies from 42/1870 (2.2%) men who underwent testicular biopsy with or without testicular sperm extraction (TESE). OCT3/4 was particularly helpful for detecting interstitial seminoma, GCNIS coexisting with mature spermatogenesis, and focal GCNIS.

lincRNA6679 promotes FnPR1B expression via phosphorylation‐activated FnWRKY14 to enhance strawberry resistance to Botrytis cinerea

In strawberry, Botrytis cinerea induces the expression of the long, intergenic non‐coding RNA lincRNA667，which upregulates the transcription factor gene FnWRKY14. FnWRKY14 then binds to the promoter of the pathogenesis‐related gene FnPR1B, enhancing strawberry resistance to B. cinerea.
