MPPT Control of Hydraulic Power Take-Off for Wave Energy Converter on Artificial Breakwater
Wave energy is a renewable energy source that is green, clean and has huge reserves. In order to develop wave energy resources, an oscillating buoy Wave Energy Converter (WEC) device based on the artificial breakwater is presented in this paper. In order

This work explores the interactions between the oxazine dye ATTO655 and two macrocyclic hosts using optical (single‑molecule) spectroscopy. Although ATTO655 forms a classical inclusion complex with cucurbit[8]uril (CB8), its interaction with p‑sulfonatocalix[4]arene (sCX4) leads to the formation of dim exclusion complexes.

A critical step, dry reforming of methane (DRM) converts biogas into useful syngas. Yet trace H2S in biogas rapidly poisons DRM catalysts, limiting practical use. We developed a robust Pt/CeO2 catalyst sustaining DRM activity via CO2‐induced reverse lattice oxygen spillover in H2S‐rich environments.

Paid time off (PTO): Work stress as a potential moderator between workaholism and PTO usage
In the current study, the relationships between workaholism, work engagement, work stress, and paid time off (PTO) usage were examined. Previous studies indicate recovery from daily work stressors is necessary for continued success in work. Yet, in 2018,
