Ptychography with multiple wavelength illumination
For performing phase retrieval in the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) regime more efficiently, developing polychromatic ptychography is desirable. As an alternative to the existing ptychographic information multiplexing (PIM) method, we present an another scheme where all monochromatic exit waves are expressed in terms of the amplitude of the transmission ...

Fresnel coherent diffractive imaging tomography of whole cells in capillaries
X-ray tomography can be used to study the structure of whole cells in close to their native state. Ptychographic Fresnel coherent diffractive imaging (FCDI) holds particular promise for high-resolution tomographic imaging with quantitative phase ...

Diffraction tomography with Fourier ptychography
This paper presents a technique to image the complex index of refraction of a sample across three dimensions. The only required hardware is a standard microscope and an array of LEDs. The method, termed Fourier ptychographic tomography (FPT), first captures a sequence of intensity-only images of a sample under angularly varying illumination.

Near-field ptychography using lateral and longitudinal shifts
Image reconstruction of in-line holography depends crucially on the probing wave front used to illuminate an object. Aberrations inherent to the illumination can mix with the features imposed by the object.

Simulation Study of Low-Dose 4D-STEM Phase Contrast Techniques at the Nanoscale in SEM
Phase contrast imaging is well-suited for studying weakly scattering samples. Its strength lies in its ability to measure how the phase of the electron beam is affected by the sample, even when other imaging techniques yield low contrast.

Three-dimensional polarimetric ptychography
A three-dimensional polarimetric ptychography (3D-PP) technique is proposed to reconstruct the residual stress distribution in optical elements in three dimensions by combining polarization imaging and a 3D ptychographic iterative engine (3D-PIE).
