Deacetylation of ACLY Mediates RNA M6A‐Modification of NOXA and Promotes Chemoresistance of Colorectal Cancer

This study investigates the deacetylation of ACLY at K978 acts as a novel risk in colorectal cancer chemoresistance. The deacetylation of K978 induces ACLY relocation to the nucleus and promotes its binding to RBM15, a m6A methylation modification “writer”.

Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics Define a Proinflammatory and Profibrotic Niche After Kidney Injury

By integrating single‐cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, tenascin C (TNC) is unveiled as a central organizer of the proinflammatory and profibrotic niche in kidney fibrosis. TNC promotes macrophage activation through TLR4/NF‐κB signaling, leading to renal inflammation and fibrosis.

The Species Search Engine (KISSE) is a novel statistical approach for identifying species from collagen peptides, using a curated library of sequences and their relative abundances derived from shotgun proteomics.
