Epitope‐Resolved Digital SERS Profiling of Structurally Dynamic Antigens via a Multi‐Epitope Bispecific Antibody Framework

A multi‐epitope digital surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy framework enables epitope‐resolved immunoprofiling by integrating bispecific antibody fragments with spectrally encoded nanotags. Antimicrobial resistance caused by Gram‐negative bacteria remains difficult to overcome due to the protective outer membrane. To address this challenge, a multi‐condition constrained generative AI framework, GenMTAMP is proposed for de novo membrane‐targeting antimicrobial peptide design by integrating physicochemical and spatial structure descriptors.

A Brain‐Penetrant Nanobody Reveals GSK3β‐Driven Proline‐Directed Phosphorylation as a Master Regulator of Ischemic Neurodegeneration

A brain‐targeted nanoparticle enables delivery of a therapeutic nanobody (Nb.29E9) that inhibits pathogenic GSK3β signaling. This intervention restores AMPK/mTORC1/TGFβ homeostasis, attenuates neuroinflammation and oxidative stress, and promotes long‐term functional recovery after ischemic stroke.
