Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

Engineered red blood cell‐derived extracellular vesicles (eRBCEVs) are synthesized via controlled microfluidic assembly from native RBC lipids, enabling tunable encapsulation of proteins, nucleic acids, nanoparticles, and viral vectors. The platform demonstrates reproducible nanoscale architecture, preserved membrane composition, and functional cargo ...

In fifteen prospective patients with aortic stenosis undergoing transseptal cardiac catheterization, dye-dilution and count-based estimates of pulmonary blood volume (PBV) were performed. Three radionuclide methods were evaluated. Two were based on electrocardiogram (ECG)-gated imaging of the thorax, where pulmonary counts (PC) were corrected for frame-

This review examines how cellular behavior is regulated by mechanical cues transmitted through soft biomaterials, from single‐cell mechanosensing to tissue‐level adaptation. It highlights why physiological relevance, rather than model complexity alone, is critical for translational mechanobiology and introduces a scoring framework linking material ...

CORRELATION BETWEEN PARAMETERS OF HEMOSTASIS AND COURSE OF TUBERCULOSIS IN PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS
The homeostasis state in the peri-operative period was studied in 31 pulmonary tuberculosis patients. It was found out that the volume of peri-operative blood loss was not related to the presence of increased fractional thromboplastin time and ...
