Comorbidities and mutations including single‐ and multihit TET2 mutations in relation to outcome in chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia—A population‐based study

In a population‐based cohort of 149 chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia (CMML) patients, multihit TET2 mutation was associated with older age, lower LDH and less leucocytosis. ABSTRACT Introduction Adrenal incidentalomas (AI) are commonly found on imaging done for indications other than to assess the adrenal glands. Prevalence increases with age and is around 10% in people over 80 years. The majority of AIs are benign adenomas, with 20%−50% exhibiting mild autonomous cortisol secretion (MACS).
