This review highlights the synthesis of chitosan nanoparticles from natural sources, the thorough characterization of them, and use of microscopic and spectroscopic methods. It emphasizes that it has some indispensable properties such as being non‐toxic, antimicrobial, and capable of controlled drug release.

The Usefulness of Submaximal Exercise Gas Exchange in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension: A Case Series
Introduction Submaximal exercise gas exchange may be a useful tool to track responses to therapy in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) patients. Methods Three patients diagnosed with idiopathic PAH, on differing therapies, were included.

Expert Perspectives: Defining and Managing Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis in Systemic Sclerosis
Systemic sclerosis–associated interstitial lung disease (SSc‐ILD) is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in SSc, affecting up to three‐quarters of patients. The disease course is highly heterogeneous, ranging from indolent, nonprogressive forms to rapidly progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF).

THE EFFECT OF ATROPINE ON PULMONARY GAS EXCHANGE
Anatomical and physiological deadspace increased significantly following intravenous administration of 0.6 mg atropine in healthy volunteers. Small increases in respiratory minute volume maintained constant values for alveolar ventilation and arterial Pco2. Atropine did not alter the arterial Po2 or the magnitude of the alveolar-arterial Pco2 gradients

Enhanced strategies for cuproptosis‐like death in bacterial infection treatment
This review summarizes and examines the molecular mechanisms underlying cuproptosis‐like death. Furthermore, multi‐strategy efficacy enhancement and potential enhancement approaches are analyzed. Abstract Copper, a classical antibacterial metal, has long been of interest and widely used in medical and public health applications.
