An eight‐stream 2.5D Transformer integrates complementary PET metabolic and CT morphologic information to estimate spread‐through‐air‐spaces risk before surgery in lung adenocarcinoma. The model generalizes across independent centers, while its continuous risk score independently stratifies progression‐free survival, supporting further prospective ...

Bioengineered stroma‐camouflaged nanovesicles (AM@UIO‐BMS/DOX) convert the immunosuppressive tumor niche into an immunoresponsive milieu by disrupting the IDO1/CD276 circuit. Anti‐CD276 membrane camouflage guides tumor accumulation and deep penetration, enabling controlled co‐delivery of DOX and the IDO1 inhibitor BMS‐986205.

(A) Establishment and characterization of the osteosarcoma‐targeted dual‐delivery nanoplatform mBAP1/siENO1@LNP‐OTP for simultaneous regulation of BAP1 and ENO1 in tumor cells. (B) After intravenous administration, mBAP1/siENO1@LNP‐OTP preferentially accumulates at tumor sites through OTP‐mediated targeting.

Tumor bacterization by fusogenic outer membrane vesicles enhances microbial‐like recognition of tumor cells while activating the TLR4–NF‐κB–NLRC5 axis to upregulate MHC class I expression. By simultaneously strengthening APC sensing and T‐cell recognition, this strategy breaks tumor immune invisibility and promotes more effective antitumor immune ...
