The Rotation Properties of δ Sct and γ Dor Stars
Based on the LAMOST spectroscopy and TESS time-series photometry, we have obtained a main-sequence star sample of δ Scuti and γ Doradus stars. The sample includes 1534 δ Sct stars, 367 γ Dor stars, 1703 δ Sct ∣ γ Dor stars, 270 γ Dor ∣ δ Sct stars, along

The Pulsational Behaviour of Variable Stars in the Lower Part of the Instability Strip [PDF]
The lower part of the classical instability strip and the surrounding main sequence are populated by a large variety of pulsating variable stars. In the past years a great effort was made by the stellar group of Brera Observatory to collect a large amount of photometric and spectroscopic data on Delta Sct stars, the more numerous class. In this paper I

Current Status and Challenges in Data Collection for Aerospace Coatings Deposited by Plasma Spraying
An innovative approach has been integrated into the GRENAT project to optimize plasma spraying and coating performance. Raw materials are accelerated and melted in the plasma generated by torches, creating coatings. Monitoring sensors collect process data which are combined with ex situ characterization data.

KIC 6362386: An Eclipsing Binary with γ Doradus–type Pulsations and Starspots
KIC 6362386 is an eclipsing binary system that exhibits both γ Doradus ( γ Dor)–type pulsations and starspots. In this study, we investigated this binary system using the Kepler photometry and the spectroscopic data from the Large Sky Area Multi-Object ...

In Situ Micromechanical Study of Bimodal γ′–γ″ Precipitate Assemblies in Ni–Cr–Al–Nb Superalloy
A Ni–Cr–Al–Nb superalloy with a bimodal γ′–γ″ precipitate distribution is developed. Composite precipitate assemblies form through heterogeneous nucleation, effectively impeding dislocation motion. Micropillar compression reveals high strength at room and elevated temperatures, governed by precipitate shearing, with coupled faulting mechanisms ...
