Physical Properties of Pumpkin Seeds
Journal of Agricultural Engineering Research, 1993Abstract Several physical properties of pumpkin seeds and kernels were evaluated as functions of moisture content. The average length, width, thickness and unit mass of the seed were 16·91 mm, 8·67 mm, 3·00 mm and 0·203 g respectively. Corresponding values for the kernel were 14·62 mm, 6·89 mm, 2·50 mm and 0·160 g respectively.
