Design and validation of ultrasound-guided femoral vein puncture robots
ObjectiveFemoral veni puncture is widely used in clinical scenarios such as critical emergency treatment, emergency dialysis, drug rehydration, etc. However, the success rate of femoral veni puncture often depends on the experience of doctors.

An In Situ Embedded B‐MOF Sponge With Shape‐Memory for All‐in‐One Diabetic Wound Therapy
A smart shape‐memory sponge dressing (P1A3@B‐MOF) is developed for accelerated diabetic wound healing. It achieves pH‐responsive corelease of Zn2+ and salvianolic acid B, synergistically providing antibacterial action, repolarizing macrophages to the M2 phenotype, and promoting angiogenesis.

Aerosol can puncture device operational test plan [PDF]
Puncturing of aerosol cans is performed in the Waste Receiving and Processing Facility Module 1 (WRAP 1) process as a requirement of the waste disposal acceptance criteria for both transuranic (TRU) waste and low-level waste (LLW). These cans have contained such things as paints, lubricating oils, paint removers, insecticides, and cleaning supplies ...

Rapid Fabrication of Self‐Propelled and Steerable Magnetic Microcatheters for Precision Medicine
A rapid Joule heating fabrication method for the production of self‐propelling, adaptive microcatheters, with tunable stiffness and integrated microfluidic channels is presented. Demonstrated through three microrobotic designs, including a steerable guiding catheter, an untethered wave‐crawling TubeBot, and a distal‐end propelled microcatheter, it was ...

Super-Extremal Spinning Black Holes via Accretion
A Kerr black hole with mass $M$ and angular momentum $J$ satisfies the extremality inequality $|J| \le M^2$. In the presence of matter and/or gravitational radiation, this bound needs to be reformulated in terms of local measurements of the mass and the ...

Helper and ionizable lipids play a crucial role in determining ApoE binding and subsequent liver tropism and LDLR‐mediated uptake. Ionizable lipids primarily govern the LDLR‐independent uptake pathway. This complementary interplay between lipid components ultimately governs LNP delivery performance and therapeutic efficacy in the liver.

Two‐Photon 3D Printing of Functional Microstructures Inside Living Cells
This study demonstrates 3D printing inside living cells by using two‐photon photo‐lithography. A bio‐compatible photoresist is injected into cells and selectively polymerized with a femtosecond laser, creating custom‐shaped intracellular structures with submicron resolution.
