ABSTRACT The therapeutic landscape of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) has been profoundly transformed by the introduction of Bruton tyrosine kinase and BCL‐2 inhibitors. Despite improved survival outcomes, treatment selection remains complex, particularly in older patients with comorbidities, frailty, and increased infectious vulnerability.

Contrasting effects of different molecular crowding environments on base‐pair opening/closing dynamics of DNA triplex structures

Base‐pair opening and closing regulate nucleic‐acid structure, stability, and function, but how these motions behave under intracellular molecular crowding remains unclear. Using NMR, we quantified these dynamics in a DNA triplex under two crowder‐reconstituted environments that mimic cellular crowding.

From hepatic to hematopoietic: LRH‐1's expanding cellular repertoire to the immune system

The nuclear receptor LRH‐1 is a well‐characterized regulator of endodermal tissue. Yet, increasing evidence indicates that LRH‐1, although expressed at low levels, is also a critical regulator of the hematopoietic system. LRH‐1 regulates the immune system by contributing to immune cell‐specific functions.
