PWA-EU

Proceedings of the ACM on Human-Computer Interaction, 2019
Progressive Web App (PWA) is a new approach to the development of mobile applications (apps) which was proposed by Google in 2015. It combines technology resources of both web and native apps. Meta-design is an End-User Development (EUD) approach from which end-users participate actively in a system's design process.

Lamb wave based identification and parameter estimation of corrosion in metallic plate structure using a circular PWAS array [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of SPIE, 2009
A circular array of Piezoelectric Wafer Active Sensor (PWAS) has been employed to detect surface damages like corrosion using lamb waves. The array consists of a number of small PWASs of 10 mm diameter and 1 mm thickness.

THE SAID PWA PROGRAM

International Journal of Modern Physics A, 2003
The range of SAID activities is outlined. These include database management, partial-wave analysis, and the determination of resonance properties. As the relationships between amplitude analysis, partial-wave analysis, and resonance extraction are often confused, comments are made in order to clarify the key differences.

PWA AND THE LATTICE

International Journal of Modern Physics A, 2003
The valuable role which lattice simulations of quarks and gluons can play in providing insights from QCD relevant for partial wave analyses of hadronic scattering processes is discussed.

Output Tracking Control of PWA Systems

Proceedings of the 45th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, 2006
In this paper, an observer-based output-feedback control design solving the tracking problem for continuous piecewise affine (PWA) systems is proposed. The design of the dynamic controller is based on the idea of, on the one hand, rendering the system convergent by means of feedback (which makes all its solutions converge to each other) and, on the ...

PWA and TWA: Recent Development Trends

2020
The continuous growth of the computing power of mobile devices and their relative low cost are some of the reasons for their great expansion. Currently, for example, in Argentina 9 out of 10 people own a smartphone. This trend, locally and globally, has been accompanied by the evolution of the software industry for these devices with the leadership of ...

THE MICROANALYSIS STATION AT PWA

1991
The use of storage rings as dedicated sources of synchrotron radiation together with the new developments of insertion devices have allowed, in recent years, the application of synchrotron radiation to the conventional methods of X-ray fluorescence (XRF).

Translating PWA systems into MLD systems

Proceedings of the 2004 IEEE International Symposium on Intelligent Control, 2004., 2005
This work presents two algorithms which translate piecewise affine (PWA) systems into mixed logical and dynamical (MLD) systems. The two algorithms correspond to two different formulations of PWA systems. One of them consists of affine subsystems with switching regions between them, the other one consists of affine subsystems bounded by a convex region.

PWA with Angular and Workbox

2019
Up until this point in the book, I bet on the Angular Service Worker module and built on top of that. It has many advantages, including less code; tested in high scale, reliability, and stability; Angular way of communicating with Service Worker; automatic build with CLI; and great support from the Angular team. It truly gives us peace of mind.
