Overview of the digital-to-analog converter module based on the MCP4725 chip and the digital-to-analog converter module based on the integrating RC circuit

open access: yesИзвестия Томского политехнического университета: Промышленная кибернетика
In technical cybernetic systems, it is impossible to do without exchanging information between devices. Most modern control devices are digital, but it is not uncommon for an analog signal to be required to control executive devices, which can be changed

Near‐Infrared Light‐Programmable Negative Differential Transconductance in Organic Electrochemical Transistors for Reconfigurable Logic

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Organic electrochemical transistors based on a Near‐Infrared (NIR)‐responsive polymer p(C4DPP‐T) and iodide electrolyte exhibit optically programmable negative differential transconductance. NIR illumination triggers an iodine‐mediated redox process, enabling a transition from binary to ternary conductance states within a single‐layer device.

Iron Losses Prediction with PWM Supply Using Low and High Frequency Measurements: Analysis and Results Comparison [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
In this paper, two different methods for iron loss prediction are analyzed. The first method is based on the classical separation of loss contributions (hysteresis, eddy-current, and excess losses).

Ion‐Reconfigurable “N”‐Shaped Antiambipolar Behavior in Organic Electrochemical Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A unique N‐shaped negative differential transconductance (NDT) characteristics is demonstrated in single‐polymer organic electrochemical transistors through a sequential doping–redox–doping process driven by iodide ions. This redox‐driven mechanism enables low‐voltage, ion‐controlled reconfigurability and tunable current modulation, allowing seamless ...

A Carrier-Based PWM Strategy Providing Neutral-Point Voltage Oscillation Elimination for Multi-Phase Neutral Point Clamped 3-Level Inverter

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
General pulse width modulation (PWM) model for multi-phase neutral point (NP) clamped (NPC) 3-level inverter (3LI) is described. A novel PWM strategy for $N$ -phase NPC 3LI with unconditional NP voltage balance is proposed as well as its carrier-based ...
